Organic Buckwheat Flour

Buckwheat is derived from the seeds of a flowering plant. So, since it’s a seed and not a grain, it’s gluten-free! Buckwheat has more protein than rice, wheat, millet and corn – making it a nutritious alternative. Buckwheat is rich in fiber, it binds with toxins and removes them from the gut. Filled with antioxidants, pumped up with B complex vitamins, copper and magnesium.

Organic Coconut Flour

Coconut flour is gluten-free, rich in dietary fiber, high in beneficial fats, safe for diabetics and packed with protein.

Organic Flaxseed Meal

1 single tablespoon of flaxseed meal contains 37 calories, 8 % of the daily value for fiber and thiamine, 9 % of the DV for manganese and 7 % of the DV for magnesium. Fiber helps lower your risk for heart disease, high cholesterol, some types of cancer and constipation and may also help you control your weight and blood sugar level. Flaxseed meal also provides the essential omega-3 fatty acid.

Psyllium Husk

Psyllium Husk is known for its high level of soluble fiber, and it provides many health benefits which include both short- and long-term glucose control, weight loss, improvements in cardiovascular health and reductions in gastrointestinal issues such as constipation. Psyllium Husk is gluten-free.
